What To Do if you Receive Damaged Product Any damages incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper. In order for you to receive credit for the purchase YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE! 1.) Save all cartons and inner packing materials. Throw nothing away. 2) Call framelessbathandglass within 48 hrs of receipt of Merchandise and notify shipper as well. 3.) If there is any outer damage to carton make a note to carrier before signing for merchandise. If you follow these instructions you will receive credit. If you do not then you our company will not authorize the return. Make sure you follow these instructions. Return Policy We are unable to offer refunds on hand made Murano Chandeliers, as they are by their nature custom made individual items.
The written consent of the Framelessbathandcglass must be obtained before cancellation of any order becomes effective. In the event of a cancellation, the Company reserves the right to make a handling charge for goods returned. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without first notifying the Company. Any return which arises from a clearly definable visible manufacturing defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered, will after verification by the framelessbathandglass, entitle the buyer to a full credit to his/her credit card The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize, risk of damage in transit.
Returned goods should be insured during transit so that framelessbathandglass is guaranteed for their value, should they arrive in a damaged condition.
Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping costs and the insurance cost, are the customer's responsibility.
Undamaged unwanted goods must be returned in factory condition within 10 days of receiving the goods. We do not accept any returns on installed fixtures or Special Orders Shipping terms
Due to the nature of our products, it is very difficult to state an exact date of shipping. Orders generally ship within 60 days from the time that we process your order. This period is necessary because all our products (from the least to the most expensive) are uniquely and especially made for our customers. Days in transit are generally 1-5 business days and do not include the day of pick up, weekends or holidays.
During the period 15th July to 31st August all Murano factories are closed by tradition because of the impossibility of working in the summer heat, therefore the delivery date will be longer, but our export manager is always available via Email. The factories are also closed during the Christmas period for the production, then of course the shipping period order-delivery will be longer, but there will be always someone online to assist our clients. We ship orders using air freight with these carriers: Federal Express and UPS We replace anything broken during the transport, always take a photo of the broken pieces and tell us the right size, because your item was made only for you and it is not mass produced, refuse damaged boxes. The breakage must be notified to us by email within 10 days from arrival. If the item or parts of it are not the same as you ordered, or there are parts missing, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving goods. We don't accept complaints after 10 days from delivery.
Our policy is to be sincere with our clients so we feel obliged to fully explain what to expect from Muarano glass which is made now as it was made a 1000 years ago: only hands and few tools, therefore this fine and precious technique is recognizable in the glass; clients who are not familiar with Murano chandeliers may not recognize the Small signs left by cutters, pincers , no two parts exactly alike, slight variations of color and sporadic small bubbles are the result of this work. We offer free replacement of any Murano Glass Chandelier pieces broken in shipment ONLY.
